Please verify your mental health benefits and give your insurance
information when making your first appointment. Personal Journeys will
bill for you. Blue Cross Blue Shield provider, other insurances will be
out-of-network.
Medical Savings Accounts (MSA)
Please review the terms of your MSA. You may be able to submit
receipts provided to you directly for 100% reimbursement from your MSA
(pre-tax dollars).
Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts
You may be able to use your flex spending credit card or submit
receipts for reimbursement.
Magellan Single Case Agreement
If you are already a client of Magellan, you may speak with your case
manager regarding approving Dalena Watson as a Single Case
Agreement.
Income Tax Deductions
Year-end receipts are provided upon request.
